Over 3,500 participants wrote their "Wish for Richmond" on paper and inserted them into illuminated floating vessels. The vessels traversed a water feature at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, settling in the reflecting pool below. Co-created with artist Leila Ehtesham.
